Asteron Life has appointed Scott Jensen to the role of Executive Manager, Claims and Customer Solutions for Asteron Life, after being promoted from his previous role of Team Manager Life Claims, Northern.
Asteron Life CEO Grant Willis says, ‘I’m delighted to confirm Scott’s appointment to the role following a very successful period leading the function in an “acting” capacity. Scott has led the Claims and Customer Solutions teams since January when he took on the acting role, and has been a strong contributor in the Asteron Executive team in that time also. It’s great that we have such strong bench strength, capability and talent within Asteron Life’.
Grant Willis says Jensen brings a wealth of experience and technical capability to the role, having worked in financial services for over 17 years with Suncorp, Zurich Financial Services, and spending his last five years with Asteron Life.
‘I know our advisers and partners value Scott’s empathy, knowledge of our business as well as his depth of claims experience in the industry,’ Willis says.
