One of the great things about the lockdown has been that many of us have got back into exercise – especially walking. A regular gentle stroll is wonderful for your health and well-being, so we want to help you keep that up! We’ve put together five Kiwi podcasts and there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

1. NZ Wine Podcast

The name says it all! Listen as host Boris Lamont chats with winemakers or wine experts. You’ll improve your viticulture and wine knowledge, as well as get some great insights to plan your next tipple!

2. Well & Good

Hosted by Art Green and Matilda Rice, this series features well-known names and is focused around topics of health and wellness. Their interview with All Black Ardie Savea is a must-listen even for non-rugby followers!

3. Don’t Give Up Your Day Job

This series by Kiwi musicians Bobby Kennedy and Danny McCrum is a fascinating look behind-the-scenes at the careers of creative professionals. Guests range from comedian Te Radar to renowned songwriter Greg Johnson.

4. RNZ Sunday

Missed the latest episode of Radio New Zealand’s beloved ‘Sunday’ programme? Pick and choose from Jim Mora’s interviews on this podcast. His interviews cover a diverse range of topics and will keep you enthralled even on hilly walking routes!

5. Self-Love Club

Billed as the “real-life modern gals guide”, the Self-Love Guide tackles topics ranging from anxiety, relationships and business success focused on content for females in their 20s and 30s. Created by radio host, Bel Crawford, she’s gathered a dedicated following of listeners.
