How to Make a Claim

Making a claim is simple. Choose the claim type from the menu below and follow the steps to get started.  

Life Insurance Claim

Here's how you can submit your claim.

Online through MyTrove 

Asteron Life has partnered with MyTrove a deceased estate management portal to help customers who need to let Asteron know of a Life Insurance Claim.

To begin the claim process online please ensure you have Adobe Acrobat installed and complete the notification process here myTrove.

Once completed, Asteron will receive the notification and commence the claim process
 

Complete the claim form and send it to us

Download and complete the Life claim form and return it to us by post or email with your supporting documents.

      View and include the following supporting documents:
      • A copy of the Death Certificate
      • A copy of the Will (if the insured was the sole owner of the policy)
      • A copy of the Letters of Administration (if the insured was the sole owner of the policy and there is no will)
      • A copy of Probate (if either the Will or Letters of Administration are needed and the sum insured is more than $15,000)

      Once completed, return your claim form and supporting documentation to:
